Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
Salt and pepper both sides of the tilapia fillets
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
Put the tilapia fillets in the pan and cook them for three to four minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and done
Take it out of the pan and set it aside
Over medium heat, melt the butter in the same pan
Watch out not to burn it as you cook it for about two to three minutes, or until it turns golden brown
When the butter turns brown, add the minced garlic and cook for one more minute, until the garlic smells good
Take the pan off the heat and add the lemon juice
Put cooked tilapia fillets on plates, then pour browned butter and lemon sauce over them
Top with chopped parsley
Put lemon wedges on the side and serve
