Spring Bliss Smoothie

Enjoy the start of spring with this healthy and refreshing smoothie. It is a great way to start the day because it is full of healthy things like fresh fruits, yogurt, and spinach.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Clean the strawberries by removing the shells

Mix everything together in a blender

Mix until its creamy and smooth

You can make it colder by adding ice cubes and blending it again

Put it in a glass and enjoy
