Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, diced red onion, minced garlic, and egg
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste
Mix until all ingredients are well combined
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat
Grease the grill or pan lightly
Place the burger patties on the grill or in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for a medium-rare burger, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or until they are slightly crispy
Assemble your burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings on the bottom bun
Place the cooked broccoli rareabbit patty on top, and cover with the top bun
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes, such as fries or coleslaw
