Ingredients:
- 4 thin beef steaks
- 1 cup chopped mixed vegetables bell peppers, onions, mushrooms
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
On both sides of each steak, sprinkle salt and pepper
Put the chopped mixed vegetables in the middle of each steak and divide them evenly among them
Put a slice of provolone cheese on top of every steak
Roll the steak up tightly, and if you need to, use toothpicks to hold the ends together
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
Grill the steak rolls for about two to three minutes on each side, or until they are browned
Place the skillet in an oven that has already been heated and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the steak is done the way you like it
Take out the toothpicks before serving
Cut it up and serve it hot, with extra vegetables on top if you want
