Ingredients:
- 8 oz squid ink pasta
- 4 oz Stilton blue cheese, crumbled
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the squid ink pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add the cooked squid ink pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic-infused oil
Add the crumbled Stilton blue cheese to the skillet and gently toss with the pasta until the cheese begins to melt and coat the noodles
Add the sliced fresh figs to the skillet and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
Serve hot and enjoy
