Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed and cubed
- 2 cans 15 oz each pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, put pork shoulder, pinto beans, and chopped onion
Put brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Make sure that all of the pork and beans in the slow cooker are covered with the sauce mixture
Leave the lid on and set the heat to low
Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the pork is soft and fully cooked
If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with chopped parsley or green onions
